We have received calls from many of our concerned retirees who used to work at Bancroft Dairy/Dean Foods about Dean Food's Bankruptcy and how it may or may not affect their pensions.  It seems as though members of the Dean Foods pension fund received a letter this week from the bankruptcy court in Texas advising them to file a claim.  We are doing everything we can to get as much information as possible; but we are not administrators of their pension fund. We have no more information than the public, but we can direct you to places we have found to be helpful:
